Reviews and Ratings
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the hotel! The Christmas party was a blast, with excellent meal service and amazing live entertainment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. However, there could be some minor improvements in the dining area for a more varied experience. Overall, I would definitely come back for another stay.
The hotel has a modern touch that adds a nice flair to the overall experience, and the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. However, I faced issues with the service which felt unwelcoming, and the dining did not live up to the positive remarks I had hoped for. Overall, it's a mixed bag, with room for improvement especially in staff attitude.
My experience at this hotel was a delightful mix of outstanding dining and friendly service, especially under the new chef. The food was phenomenal and truly elevated the stay, but the service could use a bit more consistency. While the rooms are clean and modern, they could benefit from a few updates. Overall, it was great value for the price, especially considering the fantastic meals I enjoyed during my visit.
My stay at The Vine Hotel was truly fantastic! The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the beautiful Chapel Beach. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The service from the staff was exceptional and made me feel valued throughout my stay. However, I did encounter a minor issue with noise in the attic during the night that was a bit disturbing. Overall, it’s a great spot to unwind, especially with the lovely local cafes and restaurants nearby.
During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be quite convenient, close to various attractions. The rooms were large, bright, and clean, which I appreciated. However, the noisy atmosphere from the pub below made it hard to relax in the evenings. Also, the lack of bedside tables was a bit strange, although the shower room was modern. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stay, but there are some quirks that need addressing.
